Report Auditor Misconduct

You can report requests by auditors for money, hospitality or improper favours during certification audits.

What to report

  • Money or giftsRequesting or receiving cash, gift vouchers, presents, etc.
  • HospitalityRequesting or receiving meals, drinks or entertainment
  • TransportRequesting a vehicle or travel expenses for personal purposes
  • LodgingRequesting accommodation unrelated to the audit
  • Other misconductImproper demands or conduct using the auditor's position

Your identity and report are protected, and reports are checked and handled according to our procedures.

  • You may report anonymously without your name, company or contact details
  • Your identity is not disclosed beyond the staff handling the report and is never shared with the auditor concerned
  • Reporting never affects your audit or certification decision
  • Leave contact details if you would like to hear the outcome
