Privacy Policy
General
Korea Enterprise Certification Inc. ("KOCI") establishes and discloses this privacy policy in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea to protect personal information and handle related concerns promptly.
Purposes of processing
- Receiving applications; certification contracts, audits, issuance and surveillance
- Receiving training registrations; course information and completion records
- Receiving and handling appeals, complaints and misconduct reports
- Receiving and answering inquiries
Items processed

Retention
Information is kept for 3 years after completion; where laws or accreditation rules set a retention period (e.g. audit records), it is kept for that period.
Disposal
Personal information is destroyed without delay once the retention period expires or the purpose is achieved — electronic files by irrecoverable deletion and paper by shredding or incineration.
Provision to third parties
KOCI does not provide personal information to third parties without consent, except where required by law or accreditation rules during assessment of the certification body by the accreditation body (Korea Accreditation Board), and only to the extent necessary.

Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information at any time by phone, email or in writing, and KOCI will act without delay.

- Access control for administrator accounts and access logs
