Apply for a reissue if your certificate has been lost or damaged, or if its details have changed.

About reissue

  • Lost, damaged or additional copies can be requested with the certificate number and company name only.
  • If details have changed (company name, address, representative, etc.), please attach supporting documents such as a business registration certificate. Changes affecting the scope follow the change & extension procedure.
  • Our staff will advise you of the fee and processing time after receipt.
